Terms & Conditions of Sale
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT
payable, but exclude delivery charges (for details see 'Delivery' below).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus
the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly before we
accept your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before
(but not after) we accept your order.
We try to ensure that all product information is accurate. However, just
occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or
description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether
you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payment by
MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Cheque. Payment is deducted when we process
your order.
Where we Deliver
We deliver to any address in the United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel
Islands). All deliveries must be signed for. Please make sure you keep all
paperwork enclosed with your goods.
Delivery Charges
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Our
charge depends on the value of your order. You only pay one delivery charge,
irrespective of the number of products ordered:
How We Deliver
All products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their
size and value. We will notify you which delivery method we will use before
accepting your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday
inclusive. If you order after 1.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if
your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank
holidays, please allow extra two working days.
Postal and Courier Deliveries
Courier deliveries should arrive next day delivery, unless the order is place
on a Friday then the product will arrive the following Monday.
Postal deliveries are sent recorded and should arrive within 2-4 workings days.
IMPORTANT:We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this
section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond
our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we
become aware of an unexpected delay.
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition.
If you do not receive all your products, please e-mail us at
info@drivelegal.co.uk or telephone 0800 328 5053. In the unlikely event that
a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions for Return
of Fault Goods below.
Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days after
delivery by:
* Following the 'Returns' instructions in your delivery documentation;
* Emailing us at info@drivelegal.co.uk;
* Phoning us on 0800 328 5053 - please have your delivery details to hand;
Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you
have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without
damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the
original box, packing and accessories.
You will receive a full refund, and the cancellation is free of charge provided
you return the product at your own expense, For your protection we recommend
that you use a recorded delivery service, If required we can arrange for
collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
We cannot cancel your purchase when the seal has been broken on any DVD,
CD-ROM.
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your
individual circumstances.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:-
* In otherwise 'as-new' condition;
* Complete with the original box and packaging.

The above promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or
normal wear and tear
Return of Faulty Goods
If a pre-recorded videotape, DVD, CD-Rom or other software is faulty under
guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money.
Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the
applicable delivery charges. We will also pay for the costs of collecting goods
for replacement.
